Postage and Packing Costs
 

The following delivery times should be used as a guideline and not a guarantee of delivery times.

 

UK Orders:

 

Orders up to £49.99 ..................£3.95

 

                     £50.00 and above FREE

 

Standard Delivery £ 3.95

 

  • All items dispatched within 48 hours and sent using Royal Mail 2nd class signed for. This service should take 2-4 working days to be received.

      

      If you wish to up grade your postage please contact us for options and prices. 

 

 

Orders sent by Royal Mail can be tracked at www.royalmail.com. You will find your tracking number in your confirmation email from us.

Returns and exchanges
 

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase and as such make sure that we check every order before it is sent out to you. If you are not happy with your purchase, for whatever reason, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.

 

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on unworn items which are returned to us within 14 days of you receiving them. Tags must not be removed and the item must be in the same conditions that you received it in. All items must have no visible signs of wear or damage. Please ensure that you don't wear anything e.g. perfume or deodorant that could leave a scent or mark when trying on products.

 

Just download our returns form, fill it in and post it back to us together with the item being returned.

 

You must pay for the postage to return the goods to us. We strongly recommend, for your own protection, that returns are sent using a signed for or tracked postage method. Refunds will be made via the original payment method and within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

 

We will refund the cost of the item and the outbound delivery cost to the value of our standard delivery option. It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage to us.

Exchanges
 

If you are returning an item for exchange, once your item is ready to dispatch, a payment request will will be sent to you to cover the postage cost of the replacement. If the item you are exchanging for is for sale at less than the price of the original item then the difference will be refunded via the original payment method. If the item you are exchanging for is for sale for more than the price of the original item, then a payment request will be sent to you and this will need to be paid before the replacement item is dispatched.

Faulty Items
 

In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty item then we will refund the cost of the item together wilh all postage costs.
